A leading UK-based waste management company has recently upgraded its loading bay infrastructure by investing in two 12,000kg Type 6 Super Deluxe mobile yard ramps supplied by DARMAX — replacing two ageing ramps that had been in constant use for over 13 and 16 years respectively.

This long-standing performance is a testament to the robust design and durability of our loading ramps, which have supported the customer’s demanding day-to-day operations across multiple waste handling sites for over a decade.

The two new ramps were supplied to separate sites within the company’s network, following a site survey. Each ramp was equipped with pedestrian handrails, anti-slip surfaces at entry and exit points, and wheel chocks, ensuring the highest standards of safety and usability in busy waste processing environments.

As part of a sustainable equipment lifecycle, the customer part-exchanged their original ramps and we brought them back to be refurbished for future hire or resale.
